Phebi Expands Emotion Intelligence Offering
with Conversational AI for Surveys and Interviews

New release enables a deeper understanding of people 
and extends Phebi’s advantage over text analytics alone

London, UK, March 16, 2026 – Phebi Ltd. (Phebi.AI), creator of innovative software that combines voice tech, proven behavioral science, and AI to deliver emotion intelligence for health, market, and customer experience research, today announced a new release with conversational AI capabilities for quant and qual research that provide richer, more relevant content and enable more compelling deliverables.   

Phebi’s new conversational AI for quant makes it easy for researchers to add dynamic, context-based probing questions to audio and video OE responses—without the need to adopt a new survey platform. 

Phebi is also introducing an AIMI (AI-Moderated Interviewing) capability for qual that achieves project goals by adapting to responses and generating new and follow up questions. It may be used with Phebi Live to reveal people’s underlying emotions as they speak and enable on-the-fly tagging of key moments.
