The other participants in the consortium are: HCD Research, IVP Research, Schlesinger Group, Shimmer Research, and the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University. Live comparisons of Democrat and Republican viewer responses to statements made by President Biden and Senator Scott will be streamed on YouTube, and Phebi will provide analysis of people’s emotions as they do in-depth interviews after the speech.
